Government
Around the time of Christ , the time when the Peruvian Cupisnique of the north was backsliding. The Moche people began to establish their own civilization. The 2 different civilizations united together over the time period possesed the name Moche. The name came from the river that flows from he northern part of Peru to the Pacific Ocean. The government was basically made up of the upper class people in the society. They were the decision makers of the community. The Moche civilization collapsed because of decade long droughts and overflows of rain.

Strengths -
They were masters at goldsmithing, good weavers, magnifecent pottery makers. They knew how to survive in the harsh climate and weather.
Weaknesses-
They did not have a formal system of communication. In that way they could not make a detailed history of themselves.
